Solar Installation Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a Solar Installation Supervisor to lead on-site teams and ensure successful installation of solar PV systems. This role involves managing technicians, monitoring installation quality, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise on-site installation teams and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
– Verify that installations meet technical specifications and quality standards
– Coordinate logistics, materials, and equipment on-site
– Provide technical guidance to technicians and support troubleshooting
– Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
– Report project progress to engineers and project managers
– Assist with system testing and commissioning

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar PV installation or electrical field supervision
– Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, wiring, inverters, and electrical safety
– Proven ability to supervise field teams and manage multiple tasks
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Willingness to travel to project sites

Preferred Skills
– Certification in electrical safety or solar PV installation
– Experience with large-scale solar projects
– Familiarity with renewable energy standards
