Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key business accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
– Account Management & Client Relationships
– Manage a portfolio of assigned business accounts.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
– Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and account planning sessions.
– Understand client needs, objectives, and business challenges.
– Business Growth & Revenue Generation
– Identify and develop opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
– Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
– Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
– Support the generation of new business through client referrals and networks.
– Contribute to revenue and profitability targets.
– Customer Success & Retention
– Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
– Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
– Monitor account performance and service quality.
– Develop retention strategies for key clients.
– Strengthen long-term client loyalty and engagement.

Coordination & Reporting
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
– Manage project or service coordination where required.
– Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
– Track account performance and pipeline opportunities.
– Prepare regular reports on account activity and results.

Education & Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Sales Management, International Business, or related field.
– A diploma may be considered with strong relevant experience.

Experience
– 3–5 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Success.
– Proven track record of managing corporate or key accounts.
– Experience in revenue growth, contract management, and client retention.
