Job Purpose
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating qualified candidates for mining and resources clients. The role will manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through to placement while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mining and related industry positions.
– Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment databases, job boards, referrals and other channels.
– Review CVs, conduct initial candidate screening and prepare suitable shortlists.
– Recruit across Mining, Engineering, Geology, HSE, Processing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT and Site Services.
– Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
– Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background checks and candidate documentation.
– Support salary negotiations, offer processes and candidate onboarding.
– Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and recruitment reports.
– Liaise with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
– Ensure recruitment activities are conducted professionally, confidentially and in line with company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
– Proven experience recruiting for mining, engineering, construction, logistics or other technical industries is highly desirable.
– Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
– Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management.
