Responsibilities.
● Record financial transactions
● Prepare forms and financial documentation, including balance sheets
● Prepare journal entries for month-end close
● Create budgets and financial plans as needed
● Reconcile general ledger accounts
● Identify potential discrepancies, and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing data
● Compile comprehensive reports with accounting team
Job Qualifications, skills & experience.
● Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting
● Excellent experience with Excel and Microsoft Word,
● Good usage of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and FASB standards
● Strong verbal/written communication skills
● Self-motivated, organized, and detail-driven
● Knowledge of accounting applications like QuickBooks, or ERP preferred is an added advantage
🎯 1–3 years of relevant work experience
