In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving ad revenue through strategic media sales. 💼 Key Responsibilities
– Sell advertising solutions across digital, print, social, and/or broadcast platforms
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
– Conduct market research to identify prospects and generate new leads
-Pitch creative advertising packages tailored to client needs and marketing goals
– Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
– Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with the creative team
– Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction and retention
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and media innovation
– Collaborate with marketing and production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
📚 Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
– 2–4 years of experience in media or advertising sales (digital/media agency experience a plus)
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
– Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
– Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital ad platforms
– Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
