Job Summary:
The Content Creator will develop and deliver engaging, high-quality content across the company’s social media platforms. This role supports brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and contributes to marketing campaigns through creative visuals, videos, and written content.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create, design, and publish content, including graphics, photos, videos, reels, and captions for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and social media campaigns.
– Ensure brand consistency in messaging, style, and tone across all channels.
– Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to generate fresh, relevant content ideas.
– Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community interactions.
– Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report insights to improve engagement and reach.
– Support paid social media campaigns with creative assets and content.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
– Proven experience producing content for social media platforms.
– Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere).
– Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
