On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Manager to lead a digital advertising strategy across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns that drive measurable results. Your expertise in paid search, display ads, social media, and programmatic advertising will help elevate our online presence and drive growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities
– Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.

– Oversee the entire ad lifecycle from strategy to execution, monitoring, and optimization

– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine advertising strategies and improve ROI

– Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and maximizing return on investment

– Create, test, and analyze ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance

– Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling, high-converting ads

– Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and provide regular reports to stakeholders

– Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives as needed

– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices

– Work closely with the SEO and social media teams to ensure alignment between digital advertising and overall marketing strategies

📚 Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field

– 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management

– Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other paid media platforms

– Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Insights, etc.)

– Proficiency in ad campaign management, performance tracking, and A/B testing

– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROI optimization

🌟 Preferred Skills
– Experience with programmatic advertising (Display, Video, Native)

– Familiarity with email marketing and retargeting campaigns

– Experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu for competitive analysis

– Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
