Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company’s digital marketing efforts to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. This role combines strategy, creativity, and analytics to create campaigns that connect with our audience across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), content marketing, and online advertising.
– Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand digital content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and ads.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize results and report to management.
– Collaborate with internal teams—sales, product, and design—to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
– Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
– Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team.
– Lead, mentor, and coordinate the digital marketing team or external agencies to meet project deadlines and goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with leadership or management experience.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
– Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
