Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and assisting with high-priority projects. The role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and documents for executive use
– Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
– Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
– Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences
– Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support decision-making
– Manage incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and calls on behalf of executives
– Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice management
– Facilitate smooth communication across departments to ensure alignment on executive priorities
Requirements & Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
– Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
– Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
– Ability to maintain discretion and manage confidential information
– High level of professionalism
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
– Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
