Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure excellent service quality, adherence to hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction. This includes supervising staff, coordinating service activities, and supporting management in achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, and events.
Ensure high customer service standards and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Train, schedule, and motivate food and beverage staff.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock with purchasing.
Enforce hygiene and safety standards according to regulations.
Assist in planning and executing special events and banquets.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Kenyan nationality preferred.
Experience in food and beverage service or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage customer concerns diplomatically.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
