Job Summary
The Resort Manager will oversee daily resort operations to ensure excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining service standards, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security.
Ensure smooth guest services and respond to feedback promptly.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff; manage schedules and performance.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Support marketing efforts to boost bookings and visibility.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Kenyan nationality preferred.
Experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic financial management and budgeting knowledge.
Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
