We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Generalist who goes beyond administration to actively shape people strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
– Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding
– Partner with management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
– Lead recruitment processes by sourcing, screening, and securing high-quality talent
– Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures that ensure efficiency and compliance
-Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, handling matters with professionalism and confidentiality
– Drive performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and improvement plans
– Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee capability and retention
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies
– Support payroll processes and HR reporting for informed decision-making
– Contribute to building a strong, values-driven, and positive workplace culture
Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
– Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently and effectively
– High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
– Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
