Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication setting.
– In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, industrial safety practices, and compliance obligations (e.g., OSHA, WCF, NSSF).
– Strong communication, mediation, and reporting skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
– High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
– Must be based in the Lake Zone, preferably Mwanza, or willing to relocate.
– Familiarity with mechanical workshop environments and PPE protocols is an added advantage.
