Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support daily office operations. The role includes basic accounts bookkeeping, general office administration, and regular follow-ups with government offices and external stakeholders. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain basic bookkeeping records and support accounts documentation
– Assist with general office administration and filing
– Follow up on submissions, approvals, and requirements with government offices
– Coordinate with external stakeholders as required
-Prepare, organize, and manage office documents and correspondence
– Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
– Ensure records are accurate and follow-ups are completed on time

Requirements:
– Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Ability to follow up and coordinate with external offices
– Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
– Willingness to learn and take initiative
– Previous office experience is an added advantage
