Role:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing delivery processes for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
– Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics documentation
– Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and clients to maintain smooth communication and problem resolution
– Optimize logistics processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy
– Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations
– Assist in planning and implementing supply chain strategies
– Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
– Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory discrepancies, and customer complaints
– Support procurement and ordering processes to maintain adequate stock levels
– Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance service delivery
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Logistics software
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Problem-solving and analytical skills
– Knowledge of warehouse operations and transportation management
– Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
