Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly capable Logistics & Operations Coordinator for our client to oversee end-to-end transport execution, fleet coordination, and field logistics operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Take ownership of daily transport planning, dispatch execution, and fleet coordination
– Optimize vehicle utilization, routing, and delivery scheduling
– Monitor real-time operations and resolve delays or disruptions
– Coordinate drivers, site teams, and clients for seamless delivery execution
– Enforce operational procedures, compliance standards, and efficiency targets
– Analyse operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
– Prepare operational reports and provide field intelligence to management

Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field
– 3+ years experience in logistics, transport coordination, or fleet operations
– Strong understanding of transport systems, fleet operations, and field coordination
– Proficiency in operational reporting and documentation
– Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
