She will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for recruitment of students in and outside the country.

The Role:
The post holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and student recruitment strategy. You will promote and raise awareness of recruitment events and represent the company where necessary.

Major Duties:
Recruitment – Enhance existing/develop new relationships with schools and colleges and other national organizations where appropriate. Act as the company’s lead for University-wide recruitment events, such as the Exhibitions. Develop the company’s management information on student recruitment and produce reports on current keen students who wish to study abroad and to target new recruitment potentials.

Marketing – Take a lead role in developing and implementing the company’s marketing and student recruitment strategy to support the agency’s strategic objectives with emphasis on developing the use of web, e-marketing and new media. Systematically gather market and competitor intelligence and conduct market research. Develop a network of relevant marketing contacts within and outside the agency and use this network to inform the development of company activity. To liaise with the managers relating to other externally related engagement activities relating to recruitment activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 2 Years work experience in marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Good organization skills.
• Related job experience is a plus
• Digital marketing experience.
