We’re looking for experienced Senior Mechanical Engineers with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to join our team in Mwanza. If you’re passionate about mechanical systems and enjoy managing complex projects from concept to completion, this role is for you.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
– Lead mechanical design, development, and system implementation
– Oversee projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
– Review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
– Provide technical support during site work, installation, and commissioning
– Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
– Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards
✅ Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
– 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 in a senior role
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
– Strong project management and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– ERB registration (or eligibility) is a plus
– Fluent in English; Swahili is an advantage
