Role Overview:
The Operations & Projects Specialist will ensure smooth business operations while leading strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, deliver value, and support organizational growth. You will serve as a bridge between planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
– Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
– Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to implement best practices and optimize processes.
– Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership.

– Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Production Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar operations or project management role.
– Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects effectively.
