On behalf of our esteemed client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are recruiting a dynamic and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales goals within a designated territory.
The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in engaging medical professionals, and has a passion for delivering value in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals
– Provide accurate product information, respond to inquiries, and support prescribing decisions
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
– Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
– Maintain detailed records of visits, sales, feedback, and follow-ups
– Participate in product training, team meetings, and industry events
– Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
– Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
– 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or similar role (preferred)
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to present scientific information clearly and confidently
– Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage a field-based role
– Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
