Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and independent Recruiter to support our hiring needs in Geita. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in mining or geology-related recruitment will be highly valuable, particularly for upcoming project-based hiring focused on Geologists.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding
– Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies
– Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels
– Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes efficiently
– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
– Ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment targets
– Maintain recruitment reports, pipelines, and candidate databases
– Support project-based recruitment, particularly for specialized roles such as Geologists

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
– Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Experience recruiting for mining, geology, or technical roles, including exposure to large-scale or project-based hiring, is highly desirable
– Understanding of geology-related roles and talent pools
