Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, this role maintains compliance with tax and labor laws, company policies, and provides support to employees on payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process payroll on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for all employees.
– Calculate wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
– Maintain payroll records, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
– Ensure compliance with local tax laws, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.
– Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
– Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, promotions, or salary changes.
– Prepare payroll reports for management and finance departments.
– Assist with audits and internal reporting related to payroll.
– Maintain confidentiality of employee and company payroll information.

Requirements / Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
– Proven experience in payroll processing or HR administration preferred.
– Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
– Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
– Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
