You will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards, optimizing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br>&#8211; Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation and distribution of fish products.<br>&#8211; Supervise logistics staff, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and coordinators.<br>&#8211; Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality and compliance standards.<br>&#8211; Monitor inventory levels, cold storage management, and shipment schedules.<br>&#8211; Negotiate with transport providers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to optimize costs.<br>&#8211; Implement safety, regulatory, and quality procedures for storage and transportation.<br>&#8211; Track performance metrics and generate reports for management review.<br><br><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br>&#8211; Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.<br>&#8211; Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably in the fish or seafood industry.<br>&#8211; Strong leadership and team management skills.<br>&#8211; Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.<br>&#8211; Knowledge of cold chain management and export regulations is an advantage.<br>&#8211; Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.<br>&#8211; Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, optimize routes, and reduce operational costs.<br>&#8211; Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, transporters, and clients.<br>&#8211; Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle challenges in fast-paced operations.<br>&#8211; Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candidate will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and delivery of our fish products both locally and internationally.
