Talent Sourcing<\/strong><br>\u00b7 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mine-site roles (skilled trades, technical, supervisory and professional).<br>\u00b7 Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, mining networks, universities, community databases, and internal referrals.<br>\u00b7 Drive local talent sourcing in alignment with Tanzania Minerals Commission localisation and community recruitment requirements.<br>\u00b7 Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.<br>Screening &amp; Selection<br>\u00b7 Conduct screening calls, design competency-based interview guides, coordinate panel interviews.<br>\u00b7 Facilitate technical tests, psychometric assessments, and practical evaluations where required.<br>\u00b7 Ensure fair and transparent recruitment processes for local community applicants.<br>Compliance &amp; Governance<br>\u00b7 Ensure recruitment activities comply with Tanzania Labour Act, Minerals Commission localisation plans, and company HR policies.<br>\u00b7 Ensure all hires meet mandatory medical, security, and background verification requirements.<br>\u00b7 Maintain accurate recruitment record-keeping for audits and reporting.<br>Stakeholder Management<br>\u00b7 Work closely with Site HR, Community Relations, Training &amp; Development, and HODs to support talent needs.<br>\u00b7 Engage with local community leaders and employment committees on community recruitment processes.<br>\u00b7 Partner with training departments to identify skills gaps and support training interventions.<br>Onboarding &amp; Mobilisation<br>\u00b7 Coordinate onboarding logistics (medical fitness, inductions, accommodation, rotations, PPE issue, site access).<br>\u00b7 Deliver site-specific orientation programmes in collaboration with HSE and HR teams.<br>\u00b7 Track new hire performance during probation period and support integration into teams.<br>Data &amp; Reporting<br>\u00b7 Maintain recruitment dashboards, vacancy trackers, and weekly\/monthly reports.<br>\u00b7 Analyse recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, localisation progress, community hires, turnover trends.<br>\u00b7 Recommend process improvements and workforce planning insights.<br><br>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br>\u00b7 Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field.<br>\u00b7 5+ years\u2019 experience in Talent Acquisition within the mining industry<br>\u00b7 Exposure to remote mining environment, including daily interaction with operational areas.<br>\u00b7 Experience recruiting for remote site operations or similar high-volume technical environments.<br>\u00b7 Experience resourcing passive candidates on external recruitment platforms.<br>\u00b7 Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and localisation requirements.<br>\u00b7 Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors<br>Skills &amp;
