{"id":176,"date":"2023-01-11T17:53:42","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T17:53:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/connectspace.co.tz\/res\/?p=176"},"modified":"2023-02-21T07:54:51","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T07:54:51","slug":"civil-engineer-with-project-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connectspace.co.tz\/res\/civil-engineer-with-project-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Civil Engineer with Project Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of marine engineering projects. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br>\u2022 Manage all communication with clients for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients.<br>\u2022 Administer all civil engineering projects, prepare drafts and estimate of all fees and draft all proposals to be presented to clients and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements.<br>\u2022 Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff evaluate all work and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently.<br>\u2022 Monitor all marketing and development activities for civil projects.<br>\u2022 Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to scope of all projects.<br>\u2022 Evaluate and coordinate with various departments to oversee all private and municipal projects and prepare required technical reports for all engineering activities and make presentations at various meetings.<br>\u2022 Prepare all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations.<br>\u2022 Analyze all development and implement of firm policies and procedures for various projects efficiently.<br>\u2022 Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices<br>\u2022 Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project<br><br><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><br>\u2022 A bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology or a related field. <br>\u2022 3 years minimum work experience as a civil engineer with project management<br>\u2022 CAD software<br>\u2022 Project management concepts <br>\u2022 Microsoft Office applications <br>\u2022 Building codes and safety regulations <br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of marine engineering projects.
