\u2013 Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
\u2013 Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
\u2013 Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
\u2013 Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
\u2013 Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
\u2013 Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
\u2013 Provide input into department\u2019s goal setting process
\u2013 Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
\u2013 Assist with tax audits and tax returns
\u2013 Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
\u2013 Plan, assign and review staff\u2019s work
\u2013 Support month-end and year-end close process
\u2013 Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
\u2013 Ensure compliance with TRA principles
\u2013 Liaise with our other managements to improve financial procedures

\u2013 A Bachelor degree or higher in accounting
\u2013 MUST<\/strong> be a CPA holder
\u2013 MUST<\/strong> be based in Lake Zone
\u2013 Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant
\u2013 Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
\u2013 In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
\u2013 Awareness of business trends
\u2013 Familiarity with financial accounting statements
\u2013 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end\/year-end close process
\u2013 Hands-on experience with accounting software packages like QuickBooks, Tally.
\u2013 Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
\u2013 Accuracy and attention to detail
\u2013 Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
\u2013 Minimum of 3years work experience.
