The post holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and student recruitment strategy. You will promote and raise awareness of recruitment events and represent the company where necessary.
Major Duties: <\/strong>
Recruitment<\/strong> \u2013 Enhance existing\/develop new relationships with schools and colleges and other national organizations where appropriate. Act as the company\u2019s lead for University-wide recruitment events, such as the Exhibitions. Develop the company\u2019s management information on student recruitment and produce reports on current keen students who wish to study abroad and to target new recruitment potentials.
Marketing<\/strong> \u2013 Take a lead role in developing and implementing the company\u2019s marketing and student recruitment strategy to support the agency\u2019s strategic objectives with emphasis on developing the use of web, e-marketing and new media. Systematically gather market and competitor intelligence and conduct market research. Develop a network of relevant marketing contacts within and outside the agency and use this network to inform the development of company activity. To liaise with the managers relating to other externally related engagement activities relating to recruitment activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong>
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, business or related field.
\u2022 2 Years work experience in marketing.
\u2022 Effective written and verbal communication skills.
\u2022 A high level of attention to detail.
\u2022 Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
\u2022 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
\u2022 Good organization skills.
\u2022 Related job experience is a plus
\u2022 Digital marketing experience.
