He\/She MUST be a creative individual with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.<br><br><strong>Roles:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.<br>\u2022 Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.<br>\u2022 Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.<br>\u2022 Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.<br>\u2022 Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.<br>\u2022 Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.<br>\u2022 Develop and manage all internal communication systems.<br>\u2022 Create, maintain and strengthen the organization\u2019s overall brand through all media avenues.<br>\u2022 Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.<br>\u2022 Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.<br>\u2022 Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.<br>\u2022 Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.<br><br><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing\/communications or related (essential).<br>\u2022 Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations.<br>\u2022 Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.<br>\u2022 Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.<br>\u2022 Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).<br>\u2022 Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.<br>\u2022 Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.<br>\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.<br>\u2022 Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.<br>\u2022 Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.<br>\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills needed.
