{"id":265,"date":"2023-04-11T08:24:56","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T08:24:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/connectspace.co.tz\/res\/?p=265"},"modified":"2023-05-23T10:48:00","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T10:48:00","slug":"human-resources-advisor-senior-level-tanzania-territory-central-africa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connectspace.co.tz\/res\/human-resources-advisor-senior-level-tanzania-territory-central-africa\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Advisor (Senior Level) Tanzania Territory Central Africa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/strong><br>\u2022 Applying HR and business knowledge you will be required to evidence appropriate decision-making skills. <br>\u2022 As a key contact for managers, you will advise on the terms and conditions of employment and share best practice using internal process standards. \u2022 With your knowledge of our policies, you will be expected to develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes. <br>\u2022 As a key point of contact within HR you will work closely with the compensation &amp; benefit and payroll team to ensure payroll receive details of upcoming changes in a timely manner. <br>\u2022 Working with the business on any strategy changes on a Sales Area or local level, will enable you to contribute to the future success of the business. <br>\u2022 With business vision in mind, you will be expected to actively manage any recruitment and support recruiting managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure business skill gaps are filled in line with business vision. <br>\u2022 You will support the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 You will ensure new starters receive a comprehensive and informative induction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Participate in the implementation of specific global or local projects and manage any annual processes such as salary and annual performance reviews.<br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in HR.
