{"id":320,"date":"2023-05-23T10:45:31","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T10:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/connectspace.co.tz\/res\/?p=320"},"modified":"2023-08-09T12:42:13","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T12:42:13","slug":"hr-manager-senior-level","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connectspace.co.tz\/res\/hr-manager-senior-level\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Officer (Senior Level)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>\uf0a7 Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.<br>\uf0a7 Oversees the daily workflow of the department.<br>\uf0a7 Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.<br>\uf0a7 Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.<br>Duties\/Responsibilities:<br>\uf0a7 Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization&#8217;s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.<br>\uf0a7 Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.<br>\uf0a7 Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.<br>\uf0a7 Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.<br>\uf0a7 Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.<br>\uf0a7 Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.<br>\uf0a7 Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.<br>\uf0a7 Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.<br>\uf0a7 Performs other duties as assigned.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Skills\/Abilities:<br><\/strong>\uf0a7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>\uf0a7 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.<br>\uf0a7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>\uf0a7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>\uf0a7 Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.<br>\uf0a7 Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.<br>\uf0a7 Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.<br>\uf0a7 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<br>\uf0a7 Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><br>\uf0a7 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.<br>\uf0a7 A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
