The quality coordinator’s responsibilities will include inspecting materials, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. The quality coordinator provides quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion.
To be successful as a quality coordinator you should be able to ensure that all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Responsibilities <\/strong>
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
\u2022 Implementing quality improvement strategies
\u2022 Documenting various quality control policies.
\u2022 Examining raw materials and finding defects in them, if any.
\u2022 Suggesting improvements in the materials.
\u2022 Analyzing statistical data as and when required.
\u2022 Experimenting with products to determine their durability.
\u2022 Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
\u2022 Monitoring product processors and procedures.
\u2022 Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
\u2022 Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
\u2022 Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
\u2022 Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
\u2022 Providing departments with quality planning and support.
\u2022 Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
\u2022 Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
\u2022 Working in collaboration with the team members.

Requirements<\/strong>
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in any specification or a related field.
\u2022 A Certified Quality Management Professional Training is an added advantage
\u2022 Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or experience working with quality systems.
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
\u2022 Knowledge in Quality Management software such as Gensuite, Process Street, or similar
\u2022 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
\u2022 Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
\u2022 Demonstrate the ability to pay close attention to detail.
\u2022 Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
\u2022 Outstanding team management skills.
\u2022 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\u2022 Strong work ethics.
