They are responsible for performing the booking, planning, tracking work execution as per customer requirements. Responsibilities include focusing on administrative duties within the Customer Service division, including addressing and logging enquiries; providing useful up to date information; channelling emerging problems, concerns and complaints; recording transactions, sales, purchases and business contracts; making bookings, tracking, processing;  making sure all documents submitted are prepared, recorded and accurate to the corresponding logistics operations.<br \/><br \/>Qualifications<br \/>\uf0b7Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, statistics, computing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is an advantage.<br \/>\uf0b7Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).<br \/>\uf0b7Good presentation, good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (including proficiency in local language).<br \/>\uf0b7Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br \/>\uf0b7Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.<br \/>\uf0b7Good knowledge on consistent planning, data tracking and recording operations.<br \/>\uf0b7Good understanding of logistics processes in international shipping via sea freight, including industry-specific regulations.<br \/>\uf0b7Good problem-solving and analytical skills.<br \/>\uf0b7Proficiency in utilizing logistics or vessel booking systems is an added advantage. <br \/>\uf0b7Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<br \/><br \/>Experience<br \/>\uf0b7Minimum two years customer service, logistics, freight, and \/ or vessel operations control experience and related roles in a supply chain environment.<br \/>\uf0b7Working with internal\/external stakeholders, example customers.<br \/>\uf0b7Experience in sea transport administration and logistic operations (international logistics, trading laws and procedures, shipping terms, end-to-end supply chain management, etc)<br \/>\uf0b7Experience in documentation organization and clerical administration.<br \/>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth action and planning of logistics operations within the company.
