If you have expertise in high-voltage electrical systems (550V \u2013 1000V) and a solid background in industrial electrical work, we want to hear from you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd27 <strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform modifications on electrical equipment based on technical specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efficiently execute tasks under supervision and contribute to overall team success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf93 <strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrical Trade Certificate (FTC\/IMTT\/VETA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification to work with high-voltage systems (550V \u2013 1000V).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form IV\/VI academic certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid light vehicle driving license (preferred for off-site tasks).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Experience &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5-10 years of industrial electrical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in mining or process plant environments (advantageous).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Mine Health &amp; Safety Act, hazard identification, and risk assessment protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf0d <strong>Work Environment:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Underground and Surface Mine Sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some travel required for off-site maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A leading mining company is seeking an experienced UG\/Rig Electrician to join their dynamic team.
