You\u2019ll be the backbone of our Customer Success organization\u2014streamlining processes, optimizing tools, and using data to power better decision-making.<br><br><strong>Duties:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Build and continuously improve Customer Success workflows and playbooks<br>\u2022 Manage and optimize CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight)<br>\u2022 Analyze key metrics like NPS and customer health to drive insights<br>\u2022 Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align customer touchpoints<br>\u2022 Create dashboards and reports to keep leadership informed and teams aligned<br>\u2022 Lead projects such as system migrations, process audits, and customer journey mapping<br>\u2022 Support onboarding and ongoing training for the Customer Success team<br><br><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a     related field (Master\u2019s degree is a <strong>PLUS<\/strong>)<br>\u2022 3\u20135+ years of experience in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations<br>\u2022 Hands-on experience with CRM systems and CS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)<br>\u2022 Solid analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker)<br>\u2022 Strong project management abilities and excellent attention to detail<br>\u2022 A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving customer experiences<br>\u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills\u2014you thrive in cross-functional teams<br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and improving customer experiences?
