An opportunity is available for a Field Operations Assistant to support day-to-day activities in a dynamic mining environment. The role involves both fieldwork and administrative support, ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to grow within the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
– Support field teams in planning and executing mining operations
– Assist in organizing transport, equipment, and site logistics
– Maintain accurate records of field activities, daily reports, and safety checklists
– Track inventory and supplies for site operations
– Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and local stakeholders
– Coordinate permit and compliance documentation for fieldwork
– Provide on-site administrative support, including attendance records and basic data entry
– Assist in preparing expense reports and monitoring field-related costs
– Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on-site
– Help bridge communication between the field and office teams

Ideal Candidate:<\/strong>
– Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations, mining, logistics, or a related sector
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in active environments
– Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, or field reporting tools
– Willing to travel or work from mining sites when required
