OPERATIONS
– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
– Purchase materials, plan and maintain inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
– Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
– Maintain Petty Cash
– Support bookkeeping procedures including submitting tax forms and filing all documents
– Maintain the overall look of the premises and the company assets
Tend to repairs and maintenance in a timely & efficient manner.
– Submit timely reports of inventory, sales, employee attendance
– Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
– General office management
– Assist colleagues whenever necessary
– Providing administration support to Sales Reps and Senior Management
– Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
– Assist in other areas as and when required
DIGITAL MARKETING
– Organizing and overseeing adverts on social medias, banner, promotional event or exhibitions
– Creativity
– Conducting market research on trend, competition and brand awareness
– Familiar with social media and web trends
– proficient with marketing and designing software
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Liaise with printing company to ensure printing for all requirements
– Organize photo shoots
– Produce Creative content (video, live happening and blogs)
Qualifications
– 2 Years work experience in Sales and Marketing
– Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
