Key Responsibilities
– Achieve consistent sales growth by meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
– Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its presence in the market
– Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new clients while maintaining a high customer retention rate (target: 90%)
– Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
– Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to drive repeat business and strengthen partnerships
– Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management
– Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay informed on competitor activities and new product developments
– Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, and customer service) to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and timely resolution of client concerns
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and industry developments

Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry
– Proven experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks (e.g., FAW, HOWO, Shacman) – essential requirement
– Existing client base and strong network within the industry is a significant advantage
– Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
– Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office and sales tracking tools)
