Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements to understand their business needs and objectives.
- System Design and Configuration: Design and configure SAP B1 solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements.
- Implementation: Oversee the implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployment of SAP B1 modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Customization: Customize SAP B1 to fit the unique needs of each client, integrating it with their existing systems and processes.
- Testing: Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the client’s expectations and is free from defects.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 issues, resolving any problems that arise post-implementation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements and advise clients on best practices.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including system design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong relationships to foster future business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP B1 Consultant with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One modules and functionality.
- Experience in requirement analysis, system design, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Business One) are a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems and their integration with SAP B1.
- Familiarity with business processes in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
