Job Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Production and Operations Officer to join our team. This role calls for someone who’s not just a planner, but a doer — someone who understands the moving parts of a production environment and can keep them running smoothly.

You’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating day-to-day production activities, optimizing operational processes, and supporting a culture of accountability and performance. You won’t just monitor the workflow — you’ll shape it. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and doesn’t mind getting into the weeds when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily production and operational activities to meet output targets and quality benchmarks.

Monitor workflows and suggest real-time adjustments to improve efficiency, minimize downtime, and control costs.

Supervise and support production teams, ensuring clear roles, smooth handovers, and continuous improvement in performance.

Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure input materials, equipment, and resources are well-managed and available on time.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards.

Use data to guide decisions — from productivity metrics to material usage — and report findings to senior management.

Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges before they escalate, offering practical solutions.

Contribute to cross-functional planning and operational strategy, bringing insights from the production floor to the boardroom.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years in operations or production management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.

Strong understanding of operational systems, production planning, and team coordination.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems under pressure, and manage competing priorities.

Proficient with spreadsheets, production planning tools, and reporting software.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

What You Bring to the Team
A structured approach to work, with the ability to stay calm and clear-headed when things get busy.

Confidence in managing people and processes, while staying hands-on and responsive.

A commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The ability to see the big picture while keeping an eye on the details that drive results.
