Job Summary
The Site Administrator will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks on-site, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Site Supervisor and project team to ensure effective communication, reporting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

– Maintain daily site records, including attendance, work progress, and site events
– Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to project management
– Coordinate communication between the site team, contractors, suppliers, and office staff
– Manage site documentation, including permits, contracts, drawings, and approvals
– Support the Site Supervisor with logistics and resource tracking
– Assist in budget tracking and procurement documentation
– Organize and file correspondence, memos, and project documentation
– Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with site HSE requirements
– Assist in scheduling site meetings and inspections

Qualifications & Requirements
– Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
– Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar role in construction/projects
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Knowledge of site management software (Fieldwire, PlanGrid, or similar) is an advantage
– Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
– Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
– Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
