Site Supervisors

Job Summary
The Site Supervisors will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, project timelines, and safety standards. This role requires coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project management to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
– Ensure work follows approved technical drawings (AutoCAD), specifications, and schedules
– Monitor quality control and enforce safety standards on-site
– Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
– Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and suppliers to resolve on-site issues
– Track project materials and ensure timely availability for tasks
– Identify and report potential risks or delays to project management

Qualifications & Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of field experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects
– Practical knowledge of site operations, materials, and construction processes
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD)
– Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Fieldwire, MS Project, or similar site management tools
– Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
